摘　　要：把建筑施工企业项目管理机制看作一个系统,运用系统理论,结合唯物辩证法的基本原理,探究该系统的演化动力:首先阐述建筑施工企业项目管理机制系统的要素、结构,以及演化的概念;然后分析以企业职能经理为主体的企业层管理者和以项目经理为核心的项目部管理者之间的相互关系,探究系统演化的内部动力;分析建筑施工企业项目管理机制系统与环境之间的相互作用,探究系统演化的外部动力;最后得出企业层管理者和项目部管理者之间的竞争与协同是建筑施工企业项目管理机制系统演化的内部动力,系统的环境是系统演化的外因,系统与环境之间的相互作用是建筑施工企业项目管理机制系统演化的外部动力的结论。Based on systems theory and dialectic materialism theory,Evolutional Motivity of Enterprise-level Project Management Mechanism(EPMM) System in Building Construction Enterprises(BCE) is discussed.Firstly,the elements,the structure,and the concept of evolution of EPMM system are introduced.Secondly,the relationship between the enterprise-level functional managers and project-level managers is discussed to explore the internal evolutional motivity of EPMM system.Thirdly,the interplay of EPMM system and Environment is discussed to explore the external evolutional motivity of EPMM system.The conclusion is drawn that the competition and cooperation between enterprise-level functional managers and project-level managers are the internal evolutional motivity,and the interplay of EPMM system and Environment is the external evolutional motivity of EPMM system.
