摘　　要：现代工程项目正朝着大型化、复杂化的方向发展,工程项目管理的难度也越来越大,为了对工程项目中产生的冲突和矛盾进行有效的管理,实现工程项目管理的预期目标,本文引入和谐管理理论,并进一步提出了工程项目全生命周期内和谐管理模式。The engineering project in the modern society is developing towards the direction of complication and large-scale,engineering project management become more and more difficult,in order to manage the conflicts and contradictions effectively which come from the engineering project,and realize the anticipated target of the engineering project management.This paper introduces the theory of harmony management,and then puts forward the mode of harmony management during the entire life cycle of the engineering project.
