摘　　要：工程项目协同管理是一种新型的管理模式。对于我国业主建设项目而言,业主往往是建设过程的主要参与者.业主如何参与项目管理?本文将从协同管理理论分析方法的角度出发,着重分析业主在项目管理中的协同管理机制,探讨业主协同管理方法的应用和发展前景。The cooperation management of construction project is a new management mode.For our country construction project,the owner is the major workers in this process.how to manages the project? From the way of cooperation management,the paper will try to analyze the way of the owner in project,quest the future of using and developing the cooperation management about the owner.
