摘　　要：随着科技进步,项目规模渐大而复杂,业主应转变观念,树立工程风险管理意识,制定全过程动态风险管理计划,应用风险管理措施合理避免风险,努力实现项目目标。Along with the advance in technology,the project scale gradually big and complex,the owner should transform the idea,acquires the project risk management consciousness,formulates the entire process dynamic risk management plan,aplicate the risk management measure to reasonably avoids the risk,diligently achieves the project goal.
