摘　　要：工程变更和索赔在项目实施过程中不可避免,混淆两者关系容易导致矛盾和争端,给项目合同管理带来很大困难,针对这种情况,全面分析了工程变更和索赔两者的紧密联系,着重进行两者区别对比,旨在减少项目合同管理中的争议,为更好地进行工程变更和索赔管理提供有力帮助,为项目的顺利实现营造和谐、共赢的良好氛围。It is inevitable of construction alteration and claim during project practice,it easily results in contradiction and debate that obscure the relationship of the both,and brings difficulty to project contract management.Aiming at this situation,the article thoroughly analyses the close connection of construction alteration and claim,emphatically compares their differences.The purpose is reduce difficulty during project contract management,and offer help for the management of construction alteration and claim better,and build harmonious atmosphere for project realization favorably.
