摘  要:在2007年全国交通工作会议上,交通部部长李盛霖提出:交通发展面临的资源和环境形势日趋严峻,继续沿用传统的增长方式推进交通发展难以为继,必须坚决走出一条资源节约和环境友好的交通发展之路。要大力发展交通循环经济,推进工业废料综合利用、再生资源回收利用,扩大废弃路面材料的回收利用,研发推广能源替代、材料再生等新技术……由此可见,加强研究推广路面再生应用技术,是我国今后公路建设事业中一项十分重要的任务。沥青路面再生技术的研究和应用,我国公路建设者们30年前就已开始了尝试和探索,近几年来取得了较大的进展和成绩。在当前形势下,梳理和回顾沥青路面再生技术在我国的的发展应用,具有重要意义。Ago 30 years, highway builders in our country had researched and used the asphalt pavement Recycling Technology. Recent years, we have made a very great progress and achievement. Under the current circumstance, it is very important to comb and look back the develop-ment and application of Asphalt Pavement Recycling Technology in China. Recent decade,highway construc-tion in our country is always at a top speed developing stage.Investment capital of highroad construction all over the country is increasingly rising. Recent years,investment fund per year has exceeded 300 billion yuan RMB,especially, recent two years, the number has hitted over 500 billion yuan RMB every year. All sorts of walkable Highways milages are enormously increasing annually.By the end of 2006,it is statistical that total of highway milages have hitted 3,457 thousand kilometers, milages above of rate highway have 2,282.9 thousand kilometers,including speedway 45.3 thousand kilometers, the first-rate highway 45.3 thousand kilometers and the second-rate highway 262.7 thousand kilometers. The most of these highways are asphalt pave-ment surface. With the lapse of time and increas-ing of highway milages, early constructed rate highways in our country require for heavy reconstruc-tion or repair. Recent decade, highway constructers and supervi-sors around the country have paid great attention to asphalt Recycling Technology. The construction of Recycling asphalt pavement is classified into spot heat Recycling method, spot cold Recycling method, plant cold Recycling method, plant heat Recycling method and full-deepen Recycling Technology. The paper introduces in detail the successful cases of construction and technique advance of asphalt Recycling Technology.
