摘 要:89105井是1口双断面调整开发井,二开钻进过程中多次发生钻井液气侵、水侵,为实现正压差钻井,防止井壁垮塌,对其固井技术难点和固井质量影响因素进行了分析,优选膨胀水泥浆体系配方,并对其性能进行了调整。根据89105井水泥浆大小样试验结果,通过先期堵漏、缩短水泥浆候凝时间、应用综合固井技术、提高水泥浆顶替效率、平衡压力等,优化固井工艺技术措施,对89105井进行了固井作业。现场应用表明,该井在施工过程中未出现漏失现象,80%封固段声幅值在5%以内,注水见效层段声幅值在30%以内,固井质量合格,为该地区同类井事先正压差作业提供了经验。Well no.8915, a double section adjustment development well, gas invasions and water invasions of drilling fluid emergences in multiple times in process of second drilling-in. In order to achieve positive pressure difference drilling and prevent borehole wall from breaking down, analysis on its cementing technology difficulties and influence factors of cementing quality, preferential selection of expansion cement slurry system recipe and adjustment of its performance are done. According to testing result of cement slurry of Well-89105, cementing operation is done for Well-89105 by technical measures of optimizing cementing technology such as early leakage stoppage, shortening curing time, applying comprehensive cementing technology, improving displacement rate of cement slurry, balancing pressure. Field application shows that there is no leaking phenomenon in construction process, acoustic amplitude value of sealing section is within 5% and acoustic amplitude value in effective injection intervals and cementing quality is eligible, which provides experience for positive pressure difference operation in advance of similar well.
