摘 要:通过改变生产工艺和采用与之相匹配的生物表面活性剂,改变了润滑剂中主要成分甘油三脂的活性基团在产品中的分散状态。对该润滑剂的热稳定性、润滑系数降低率、摩阻系数降低率、荧光级别、急性毒理试验及与不同体系和不同温度钻井液的配伍性等指标进行了评价,在LN3-12井和NP1-15井中使用了该新型润滑剂。试验表明,该润滑剂具有优异的润滑性能,应用范围广,使用该润滑剂可降低钻井液的滤失量、扩大润滑剂的适用温度范围,不污染环境,是水平井、大位移井及环境敏感地区勘探开发理想的处理剂。Dispersion state of active groups of triglyceride as main component in lubricate in products is changed by changing production technology and using matching biosurfactant. Some indexes such as thermal stability, lubricate coefficient reduction rate, reduction rate of friction coefficient, fluorescence class, acute toxicity experiment and compatibility of drilling fluid in different systems and different temperatures of lubricate applied in well LN3-12 and NP1-15 are evaluated. It shows that lubricate the said of high lubricate performance and wide application scope, which can reduce filtration of fluid drilling fluid, enlarge operating temperature range and not pollute environment, is an ideal treating agent of horizontal well, extended reach well and exploration and development of environmental sensitive region.
