摘 要:针对冀东油田斜井多、造斜点高、在浅层出砂区块应用螺杆泵采油技术受到局限的状况,开展了斜井螺杆泵采油配套技术研究。进行了设计参数、工艺参数对螺杆泵使用特性的影响研究,建立了斜井螺杆泵采油系统生产参数优化模型。通过对螺杆泵斜井中抽油杆柱的受力和稳定性分析,进行了抽油杆柱组合和扶正器安放设计,并进行了模拟实验。进行了管杆断脱原因分析以及定子橡胶与原油配伍性试验,对定子橡胶与原油配伍性有了初步认识。研发了斜井螺杆泵采油多功能旋转式抽油杆扶正器短节、抽油杆万向连轴短节、堵塞器、翻板式偏心油管锚等配套工具,解决了斜井杆柱弯曲、断脱问题,延长了抽油杆柱的使用寿命,降低了维护费用。斜井螺杆泵不但在出砂区块推广前景广阔,在不出砂区块与其它采油方式相比也有很大的优势。In view of the status of limited application of screw pump oil production technique in shallow layer sand producing block of Jidong Oilfield with over 95% deviated wells and high kickoff point, oil production matching techniques for screw pump in deviated well are researched. Optimal model of production parameters for screw pump oil production system in deviated well is established by research on effect of design parameters and process parameters in use properties of screw pump. Sucker rod combination and centralizer setting are designed and simulation experiment is made by analysis on stress and stability of sucker rod of screw pump in deviated well. Compatibility of stator and crude oil is preliminarily recognized by cause analysis on of rod and tube and experiment of compatibility of stator and crude oil. Matching tools as multifunctional rotary sucker rod centralizer short section, sucker rod universal coupling short section, blanking plug and reverse eccentric tubing anchor and so on are studied and developed, which solves the bending and breaking problem of rod string in deviate well, prolongs life of sucker rod and reduces maintenance cost. Screw pump in deviated well is not only of broad extension prospects in sand producing block, but also with great advantage compared with other oil production modes in no sand producing block.
