摘 要:针对文明寨油田高温高盐的特点,引进了一种耐高温耐盐的FM复合微生物菌种。主要从高温高压生长实验、配伍性实验、处理后原油的降黏及表面张力变化、菌株代谢产物分析等4个方面进行微生物适应性评价试验。试验表明,该菌种适应高温高盐油层,能有效改善原油性质,代谢产物主要为有机酸、醇、气体等。矿场开展调驱试验19井次,注入井菌浓增加2个数量级,累计增油8300t,表明该菌种适应文明寨油藏条件。In consideration of the characteristics of high temperature and high salt in Wenmingzhai Oilfield, FM composite microbial fungus is introduced, which is of high temperature and salt resistance. Adaptive evaluation test of microbial from four aspects of growing experiment at high temperature and pressure, compability experiment, viscosity-reduction and surface tension change and analysis on strain metabolities is done mainly. Test shows that the fungus adapts in high temperature and high salt formation, is able to improve oil properties effectively and has main metabolities as organic acid, alcohol, gas, and so on. 19 well times control and displacement test in field results in fungus concentration of injection well increasing by 2 magnitude order, oil increment accumulated to 8300 t, which shows that the bacterium adapt to Wenmingzhai reservoir conditions.
