听声法在船舶柴油机故障诊断中的应用分析

摘　　要：船舶柴油机正常工作时的响声是有规律且均匀的,如果出现异常响声,说明柴油机出现了故障.文中介绍了船舶柴油机产生异常响声的原因,重点阐述了判断和排除导致异常响声的故障的主要方法—听声法,可供同行参考.When marine diesel engine works in gear,its sound is regular and well-proportioned,if not,fault happens to it. The paper introduced why the abnormal sound happened to it and played emphasis on setting forth the main way,i.e. sound-hearing way. This method could be used to judge and eliminate those faults which would result in abnormal sound,so it could be references for the craft brothers.
