摘　　要：虚拟仪器代表着从传统硬件为主的测试系统到以软件为中心的测试系统的根本性转变,文章详细论述了基于虚拟仪器技术的自动测试系统的硬件和软件设计方法。Virtual instrument represents the fundamental transition from traditional test system centered with hardware to modern test system centered with software.The hardware and software designs of the testing system based on virtual instrument are discussed in the paper.
