摘　　要：ISO5167∶2003(E)已经逐步在国内宣传、推广。对冶金工厂来说,现行国标GB/T2624-93中规定的直管段长度很多地方都无法满足,更长的直管段要求更是现行孔板面临的问题。除了采用新型仪表以外,在一些不是作为计量结算十分严格的场所,采用一些实用、可靠的非标仪表也是可以考虑的。介绍了冶金企业各种流体测量中正在使用的楔形流量计,该仪表使用时有较多优点,可以满足钢铁厂绝大多数介质的测量。ISO5167∶2003(E) has gradually been publicized and generalized in China. For metallurgical industry, the length of straight tube stated in currently used national standard GB/T 2624-93 is unable to be met in many areas.The need of longer straight tube becomes a severe problem for orifices.Besides of using new type of instruments, in some of the areas that are not so strict as custody application, non-standard, but practical and reliable instruments can be used with no problem. The wedge flowmeter used in measurement of various fluids from many companies specialing in metallurgy is presented.The merits of such flowmeter make such instrument suitable for measurement of most media in iron and steel works.
