摘  要:针对目前市场上的普通电子式压力开关在高精度控制领域应用的不足,分析普通电子压力开关性能不足的原因及智能电子压力开关的特点,研究并论述了智能电子压力开关采取的模型识别技术及信号自动分段技术。结合扩散硅压力传感器的特点,以单片机为核心,建立数学摸型,进行智能化处理,开发了具备高精度控制、多功能数字接口、高可靠性、高稳定性的MPM4730智能化高精度压力开关。产品在试验和现场应用中达到了设计要求。The ordinary electronic pressure switches commercially available are not suitable for the control areas requiring high accuracy. The causes of the demerits on performance of such switches and the features of intelligent pressure switches are analyzed. The technologies adopted in intelligent pressure switches, including pattern recognition and automatic signal segmentation have been studied and expounded. Combining with the features of diffused silicon pressure transducer, by using single chip computer as the core, the mathematical mode is established for intelligent processing, thus the MPM4730 intelligent pressure switch is developed. The switch features highly accurate control, multifunctional digital interface, high reliability and high stability. The products meet the requirements on designing stage in the tests and applications on site.
