摘　　要：设计了基于S7-200PLC的混凝土搅拌站控制系统。详细分析了硬件的组成、软件控制流程、系统的扩展和PLC与上位机通信的实现方法。上位机控制系统采用Visual Basic开发,实现了对搅拌站现场的控制和数据管理,提供一种实用的混凝土搅拌站自动化控制系统方案。系统具有成本低、生产效率高、工作可靠等优点,在实际应用中有良好的表现。A control system of concrete mixing station is designed based on S7- 200 PLC. The hardware composition, software control flowchart, system expansion, and the communication between host computer and PLCs are analyzed in detail. The control system in host computer is developed under Visual Basic for controlling mixing station and data management. This provides a practical automatic control strategy for concrete mixing station. The system features low cost, high productive efficiency, and reliable operation. It is excellent in practice.
