摘  要:针对钠化熔烧法提钒能耗较大,且污染环境问题,开展了以二氧化锰为氧化剂,硫酸直接酸浸法从淅川含钒粘土矿中浸出五氧化二钒的可行性研究。对酸浸提钒阶段各种影响因素进行了分析,同时对浸出条件进行了优化。实验结果表明,在MnO2用量3%、温度90℃、液固比2∶1、反应时间9 h、硫酸的浓度为20%、搅拌速度为1 500 r/m in的优化条件下,五氧化二钒浸出率为92%,比钠盐焙烧工艺高出10%以上,环境污染和能源消耗也得到有效控制。Due to the problem of huge energy consumption and environmental pollution,feasibility study has been done on the leaching of V2O5 from clay containing vanadium directly with sulfuric acid by acid leaching method.All influential factors during the extraction of V2O5 by acid leaching have been analyzed.Extracting conditions such as temperature,the concentration of sulfuric acid are optimized.Test results show that leaching rate of vanadium pentoxide is up to 92% at the temperature of 90 ℃,with mass ratio of liquid and solid being 2∶1, usage of manganese dioxide being 3%,with concentration of sulfuric acid of 20%,and mixing speed at 1500 r/min.It is about 10% higher than roasting.Environmental pollution and energy consumption can also be effectively controlled.
