二硼化钛-铜-石墨基复合材料的摩擦磨损性能研究

摘  要:采用粉末冶金的方法制备了TiB2-Cu-C、镀铜TiB2-Cu-C和铜-石墨复合材料电刷。研究了以上3种复合材料电刷在相同的压力和线速度条件下的机械磨损性能和电磨损性能。研究表明:在通电磨损时,3种复合材料的摩擦系数、磨损量要大于纯机械磨损时的摩擦系数和磨损量,石墨形成的润滑膜对摩擦系数的影响很大。对比3种复合材料电刷的磨损量,发现加二硼化钛的最高,铜-石墨的次之,加镀铜二硼化钛的最低。加入镀铜二硼化钛电刷的耐磨性能显著提高。Three types of brushes are made from the composites of TiB2-Cu-C,copper-coated TiB2-Cu-C and Cu-C by means of powder metallurgy.The mechanical and electrical wear properties of the three types of brushes under the conditions of same pressure and linear speed have been investigated.The results show that the friction coefficient and wear loss of the brushes due to electrical wear are higher than those due to mechanical wear.The lubrication film formed by graphite has great effect on the friction coefficient.From the comparison of wear loss among these composite brushes it is found that the wear loss of TiB2-Cu-C composite is the highest,followed by copper-coated TiB2 and Cu-C(the lowest).The wear resistance of the brushes with addition of copper-coated TiB2 is greatly improved.
