摘 要:指出当前医院电气设施存在着高次谐波含量高、干扰严重,中性线易过载,雷击时电子装置常被击毁,自动补偿电容器柜价格较高、损坏率高等问题。笔者在一医院工程设计中,配电变压器采用防雷击防干扰容性干式变压器,电子装置采用防雷击防干扰容性隔离变压器,向谐波含量高的单相用电设备供电的三相配电线路首端采用四极断路器等措施解决了这些问题。The paper introduces that in hospital electrical design there are following problems:high harmonics interference,neutral line easily over-load,electronics equipment stroken down easily,high price of automatic compensation capacitor and easily broken down. Aimed at these problems,the author points out that distribution transformer should adopt anti-lightning and anti-interference capacitive dry transformer,and adopt anti-lightning and anti-interference capacitive insulation transformer for electronics equipment. The first end of three phases four lines for single phase utilization equipment with high content harmonics should adopt four poles circuit breaker.
