摘　　要：简要阐述了在新形势下建筑物夜景照明节能的重要性及设计方法。重点阐述了严格按城市照明专项规划进行设计方案优选、确保城市夜景照明与周围环境协调统一;合理确定照度标准及照明功率密度值;光源和灯具的选用;照明方式的确定与照度计算;照明控制系统与安全措施以及节约能源、实施绿色照明与控制光污染等问题。This paper briefly introduces the energy-saving importance and the methods of the building nightscape design under the new position. And focuses on the optimization strictly based on the application of the urban lighting professional planning and design,the insurability of the correspondency of the urban landscape lighting and the environment; the confirmation of the illuminance standard and lighting power density(LPD);the choice of the lamps and lant-erns; the modes of illuminance and calculation; the control systems and safeguard ; the energy-saving,imp-lement green lights and control the obtrusive light etc.
