中西医结合治疗临床肉鸡腹水症

摘　　要：观察自然腹水症肉鸡的红细胞压积(PCV)、右心/全心比(RV/TV)和A超的变化,同时用中西医结合的方法对肉鸡腹水症进行防治,结果表明,与对照组相比,腹水肉鸡PVC、RV/TV明显升高(P<0.01),腹水鸡A超检查出现特异增宽的水平波段。用中药和尿酶抑制剂(氢醌)结合的方法对肉鸡腹水症有明显预防和治疗作用。Change of the right ventricle/the total ventricle(RV/TV),packed cell volume(PCV),A-ultrasonography,and effect of treatment on ascites syndrome by combining traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine were studied in this paper. The results showed that RV/TV and PCV were significantly higher in the ascites group than the control group(P<0.01). There were significantly wide of horizontal wave with A-ultrasonography in broiler ascite. Herbal medicine and urease inhibitor(hydroquinone) were effective to prevent and treat the ascites syndrome.
