摘 要:采用半定量RT-PCR方法检测文昌鸡处于性腺轴(下丘脑-垂体-性腺)的不同组织中GnRHR基因的表达水平,结果表明:GnRHR基因mRNA表达于鸡的3种组织——下丘脑、垂体和卵巢;GnRHR mRNA在3种组织中的表达量不同:下丘脑和垂体中表达量较高,卵巢中表达量较弱。Semi-quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) was applied to quantify GnRHR gene expression level in different tissue of gonadal axis(hypothalamus, pituitary,gonad) in Wenchang chicken. The results showed that GnRHR mRNA gene had been found to express in hypothalamus,pituitary and ovary;the expression quantity was different among three tissues,the value was lower in ovary than in other two tissues. This work laid the foundation for further research into the control of reproduction in chicken, such as the functional significance of multiple GnRHR in vertebrates,and the molecular mechanisms controlling tissue specific GnRHR expression.
