摘　　要：介绍了某发电公司QFSN-600-2型发电机铁心的损坏情况和返厂解体检查情况,从铁心端面不平整、螺杆紧力失衡、铁心大量进油、端部结构和磁场的影响等方面进行原因分析,提出了针对制造、安装、运行及检查的建议。This paper details the damage of QFSN6002 ge-nerator core and its recall-checking record,analyzes the causes that the end face is not plane enough,the tight of the bolt lost balance,plenty of the oil get into the core,the structure and magnetic field of the end has some effects and etc.,at last brings forward some suggestions from the aspects of manufacturing,installation,operation and checking.
