摘　　要：针对110 MW汽轮机组速度级喷嘴组静叶片断裂的情况,从叶片材质、设计制造工艺及运行等方面进行原因分析,采取针对性的方案和措施,消除了重大设备隐患,确保了机组的安全、经济运行。Aiming at rupture of velocity level muzzle group vane of 110 MW turbine unit,causes are analyzed from the aspects of vane material,design production technics and operation,and pertinence schemes and measures are taken,to eliminate equipment troubles,and to insure unit safe and economical operation.
