摘　　要：结合火电厂集箱管排焊缝焊趾裂纹的表面超声波探伤检查实例,重点论述探伤工艺的制定过程及探伤灵敏度的确定,并对电厂应用效果进行说明。Combined with actual case of surface ultrasonic test on tubes welds foot cracks of headers in thermal power plant,emphasis discuss on the execution process of detective technique and the determination of test sensitivity is given,the application effect is perfect.
