3种动静脉内瘘止血压脉方法的临床应用比较

摘　　要：目的选择适宜的动静脉内瘘止血压脉方法 ,减少内瘘并发症 ,延长内瘘使用寿命。方法 6年间对 1 0 7例血透患者分别采用扭扣法、纱布块和卫生纸滚 3种止血压脉方法 ,进行 7948例次内瘘穿刺点止血护理 ,并对 3种止血压脉方法引起内瘘并发症发生率进行比较。结果卫生纸滚比扭扣、纱布块止血压脉带引起的内瘘并发症少 ,经统计学处理 ,差异具有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论卫生纸滚是一种简便、安全、经济、有效的动静脉内瘘止血压脉方法。Objective Select the way of preventing blood and pressing pulse in Arteriovenous malformation, reduce the inflamation and extend the life of it. MethodUse the way of the buttom, the etamine and toilet tissue's role separatelyfor 107 HD patients in six years to stop bleeding press pulse, perform the nursingfor 7948 HD patients and make the comparison about the rate of occurring. ResultThe inflamation of the arteriovenous inside malformation was less caused by the toilet tissue's rolls than those by the way of the buttom and etamine. It has the obvions difference(P<0.05) by dealing with statistics. ConclusionThe roll of toilet tissues is a simple, safe. economic and effective way of stoppingbleeding and pressing pulse in arteriovenous inside malformation.
