摘 要:用SEM和EDS等方法研究了细晶铝锭熔铸的3003铝锰合金以及Al-10Ti中间合金、Al-5Ti-1B中间合金细化的3003铝锰合金铸态及均匀化处理状态的组织和力学性能。结果表明,在铸态情况下,由细晶铝锭熔铸试样的晶粒细小、析出相弥散且细小,力学性能最好,尤其是其伸长率明显高于其他试样;均匀化热处理后,试样的析出相发生了球化,且伸长率有所提高,由细晶铝锭熔铸试样的析出相有粗化趋势,其伸长率略低于Al-10Ti中间合金熔配试样,但仍高于Al-5Ti-1B中间合金熔配试样,因此细晶铝锭可取代Al-10Ti、Al-5Ti-1B中间合金来改善3003铝锰合金的组织及性能。The microstructure and mechanical properties of as-cast and homogenized 3003 aluminium-manganese alloys grain-refined by Ti addition using different methods were investigated by SEM and EDS. The results show that the grains of the test samples added Ti by grain-refining aluminium ingots (GRAI) are fine, and precipitated phases are fine and disperse in as-cast state, and its mechanical properties is the best, especially its elongation is markedly higher than that of other test samples. After homogenization, majority of precipitated phases of the test samples are spheroidized, and their elongation increases. The precipitated phases of the test samples added Ti by GRAI become bigger, it's elongation is lower than the test sample added Ti by Al-10Ti master alloy, but higher than that of the test sample added Ti by Al-5Ti-lB master alloy. So GRAI can substitute Al-lOTi master alloy and Al-5Ti-lB master alloy to improve the microstructure and properties of 3003 aluminium-manganese alloys.
