摘 要:近年来引发美国东南沿海大量鱼类死亡和人类某些疾病的有害费氏藻——杀鱼费氏藻(Pfies-teria piscicida Steidingeret Burholdersp.nov.)和Pfiesteria shumwayae Glasgowet Burkholdersp.nov.,有24种细胞形态,其中包括阿米巴形态。然而,最近的研究显示其可能不具有阿米巴形态,且其生活史可能只包含有性生殖和无性生殖两个简单的过程。大量证据证实该藻是通过产生和释放毒素导致鱼类死亡的。但是,到目前为止,对费氏藻属可能产生的毒素的分离和纯化还没有取得进展。因此,部分研究者认为P.shum-wayae是通过与鱼的直接接触和微吞噬行为使鱼死亡的。在对该藻的鉴定方面,传统的方法(鱼类生物检测法)和分子生物学方法均有采用,特别是分子生物学技术鉴定方面取得了很大的发展。Pfiesteria piscicida and Pfiesteria shumwayae have been found to be common dinoflagellates in estuary waters responsible for massive fish deaths and associated human illnesses in the southeastern United States in recent years.These dinoflagellates had been considered to have a complex life cycle of 24 stages including flagellate zoospores,cysts,and amoeboid stages until it was reported recently that no evidence for amoeboid stages is available and that a much more simplified life cycle composing sexual and asexual stages exists.These dinoflagellates can produce potent exotoxin which have been considered to be responsible for fish death.However,till now,Pfiesteria toxins have never been screened and purified.some researchers insist that P.shumwayae kills fish only through direct contact and phagolysis without necessarily involving in the production of one or more toxins.Traditional method(standardized fish bioassay,SFB) has been used to detect these dinoflagellates.In recent years,molecular detection techniques have also been developed for the detection.
