摘  要:在分析电站锅炉换热器传热熵产流阻熵产、传质熵产以及运行中由于其他不可逆因素引起的熵产的基础上,利用熵的可加性建立了总熵产计算模型,结合采集的现场实时数据进行了吹灰前后受热面熵产的计算与分析,从而得出了以熵产最小化理论为基础的吹灰指导策略,对于换热器的优化设计及电厂的优化运行具有一定的指导意义。In this paper,theoretical numerical models of entropy production have been established,which calculated entropy production in the processes of heat transfer,fluid flow,mass transfer during the mixing of flue gas and sootblowing steam,and sootblower motor's working.The sum of entropy production has been achieved based on additivity of entropy production.The on-line data of some unit boilers have been collected,the entropy productions of each surface under different loads and fouling and slagging conditions have been calculated,and the transfer of entropy production between surfaces has been analyzed.It will guide design optimization of exchanger and operation optimization of power satation.
