摘 要:采用吸附剂对受污NHD脱碳液进行膜分离预处理,研究了吸附剂添加量和吸附时间等因素对其吸附效果的影响,确定了吸附法处理受污NHD脱碳液的适宜条件。试验结果表明:在室温、搅拌强度和时间分别为140 r/min(1 min)、60 r/min(5min)时,吸附剂加入量为4 g/L,搅拌后静置沉降20 min的条件下,受污NHD脱碳液的固体杂质去除率可达86.2%。相比单独经无机膜过滤时的膜通量衰减变缓,平均膜通量增加,且处理后NHD脱碳液的吸收性能未变。Some adsorbent is adopted in the pretreatment process for polluted dimethyl ether of polyethylene glycol(NHD) decarburizing solution before ceramic membrane filtration.The factors that affect adsorption including adsorbent dosage,adsorption time are studied,and the optimum conditions of the adsorption process are determined.The removal ratio of solid impurities was up to 86.2% under the following optimal conditions:the room temperature,agitation intensity and time was respectively 140 r/min(1 min) and 60 r/min(5 min),adsorbent dosage mass concentration of 4 g/L,and the sedimentary period was 20 min after agitated.Compared with the inorganic membrane filtration process alone,the decay of membrane flux was slow,the average membrane flux was increased,and the absorptive property of NHD decarburizing solution didn't change.
