摘 要:在工业规模的试验塔上对新型立体传质塔板(CTST)的板上液层分布情况进行了研究,并研究了溢流强度、堰高、气速对板上不同区域液层高度和板上平均液层高度的影响规律。结果表明:CTST的板上液层高度是不均匀的,其板上清液层高度随溢流强度和堰高的增加而增加,随板孔气速的增大先降低后又有所回升,其中,罩间区域下降的幅度大一些。建立了相应的计算关联式,为该塔板的工程设计提供了依据。The clear liquid height distribution on the new combined trapezoid spray tray(CTST) is studied on a commercial simulative column.The factors including liquid flow rate per unit weir length,outlet weir height,gas kinetic factor in plate hole which affect the clear liquid height and its average height are studied.The experimental results showed that the clear liquid height in different area was non-uniform,the clear liquid height in different area increased with the increase of liquid flow rate per unit weir length and the weir height,and decreased with the increase of the gas rate and then returned.The relevant correlating equation was presented and it supplied the theoretical base for engineering design.
