摘　　要：近年来,随着我国食品工业的迅猛发展,我国的农副食品加工业也逐步从初加工到精加工的转变,越来越多的企业注意到R&D活动对于改进产品的技术水平和提高企业自主创新能力的重要作用,并通过加大R&D投入试图提高企业的R&D绩效水平。本文基于因子分析方法设计了两层评价指标体系,利用2004年全国第一次经济普查数据计算出我国农副食品加工业不同区域的R&D绩效值,对我国27个省市地区的R&D绩效水平进行评价。In recent years,with the rapid development of Chinese food industry,the agricultural and sideline food processing industry in China has gradually changed from the initial processing to the exquisite processing.More and more enterprises have noted the importance of R&D activities to improve the technical level,enhance the independent innovation capability.And thought increasing the input in R&D,the enterprises raise the level of its performance.Based on the factor analysis,the two hieberarchy evaluation system is designed.According to the first national economic census data in 2004,the R&D performance value of Chinese agricultural and sideline food processing industry in different regions is computed.Then the R&D performance level of Chinese 27 regions is evaluated.
