摘　　要：全社会已经越来越认识到自主创新对科技进步,经济发展和增强综合竞争力的重要性。各地逐渐加大研发投入力度,但是由于起步不一样,外部环境也存在差异,所以在不同地区投入相同的研发资源带来的效益是存在差异的。本文以通信设备、计算机及其它电子设备制造业中R&D活动为研究对象,应用DEA方法,分析不同地区间差异,以期对相关政策提供帮助以更好的利用这些稀缺资源,创造最大的边际收益。As a whole society realizes the importance of independent innovation to the improvement of technology,development of economics and building the total potential,the input in R&D is gradually increased.But the environment is not the same in every province,so there must not be the same output with the same input in R&D,i.e.the benefit of R&D in different province is not equal.The efficiency of R&D of telecommunication,computer and other electronic equipment manufacturing industry in different province are analyzed by the DEA method;Hopefully,it will give some helps when the local government distributes such rare resource.
