摘　　要：利用蒙特卡罗法的理论,把土性参数c、φ作为随机变量,应用FORTRAN语言编制了计算冻土边坡在冻结和融化过程的失效概率和可靠度的程序,对冻融过程边坡的可靠度评价进行了初步研究。通过工程算例对所提出方法进行了验证,结果表明所提出的方法可行有效。This paper calculated failure probability and reliability index with Monte Carlo simulation method and a FORTRAN program had been compiled. Parameters of c,φ are regarded as random variables. A preliminary reliability evaluation of permafrost slope under freezing - thawing condition is studied, and the thoery and content are verified in practical engineering.
