摘  要:江苏利港发电股份有限公司三、四期工程共装机4台600 MW机组。三期工程2台600 MW机组自2006年12月移交生产后,发现其射灰泵、灰浆泵超载,电机电流超过了额定值,威胁到泵组的安全运行,特别是夏季,问题更加突出,同时耗费了大量电能与水资源。自2006年12月开始进行一系列的试验和整改,在解决超载问题确保设备安全的同时兼顾了节能与环保,取得了良好的经济与社会效益。Jiangsu Ligang Electric Power Generation Co.Ltd.has 4×600 MW units of phase Ⅲand Ⅳ.The 2×600 MW units of phase Ⅲ were delivered and put into normal commercial service in December,2006.Since then,the ash ejecting pump and slurry pump were found overloaded and the motor's current setting point was exceeded,and these threatened the pumps' safe operation,especially;the problem was more serious in summer.At the meantime,a large of electric power and water resource was consumed.A series of tests and improvements have been applied to solve this problem with the consideration of equipments' safety,energy saving and environment protection.Thus,great benefit was obtained in economy and society.
