强直性脊柱炎与痰瘀相关的机制探讨

摘　　要：痰瘀互结在强直性脊柱炎(AS)发病与治疗中有着重要的意义。在AS发病过程中,肾气亏虚是痰瘀互结的内在因素,六淫侵袭是痰瘀互结的外部条件,脏腑功能失调加重痰瘀交结,痰瘀互结是AS发生、发展、演变的重要病理机制。涤痰化瘀有利于止痛,改善关节功能,遏止病情,提高远期疗效。涤痰化瘀法可在AS各期辨证使用,虫类药有助于提高AS的治疗效果。Phlegm accumulating with blood stasis has considerable meaning in the morbility and treatment of ankylosing spondylitis(AS).In the process of AS morbility,the deficiency of kidney-Qi is the internal agent and the invasion of six exopathogens are the exterior conditions of phlegm accumulating with blood stasis.Functional disorder of ZANG-FU organs aggravate phlegm accumulating with blood stasis,so phlegm accumulating with blood stasis is the momentous pathomechanism in the genesis,development and variation of AS.Clearing away the phlegm and removing blood stasis is profit to relieve pain,improve joint function,hold back pathogenetic condition and raise the prostecdtive efficacy.Clearing away the phlegm and removing blood stasis therapy can be used in each stage of AS by differentiation of symptoms and signs.Insect category medicine conduce to elevate the therapeutic efficacy of AS.
