摘  要:合成了β-酮亚胺和苯氧基亚胺杂配钛配合物5。以MS,1HNMR表征了配体及配合物。配合物5经MAO(甲基铝氧烷)活化,在甲苯中成功催化乙烯聚合。在25℃,铝/钛摩尔比为2000,0.1MPa下,催化活性达3.2×105g PE/(mol.Ti.hr)。所得聚乙烯粘均分子量可达1.4×105g/mol,分子量分布为2.95。反应压力从0.1MPa提高到0.6MPa时,催化体系活性增加1倍,聚乙烯粘均分子量下降。A heteroligated(salicylaldiminato)(β-enaminoketonato) titanium complex 5 has been synthesized.All Ligands and complex 5 were characterized by mass spectrum and()~1H NMR.In the presence of MAO,the complex 5 in toluene is able to catalyze ethylene polymerization.Under the conditions of T= 25℃,P=0.1 MPa and n_(Al)/n_(Ti)=2000,the activity of 5 and the viscometric average molecular weight of polyethylene reached 3.2×10~5 gPE/mol·Ti·hr and 1.4×10~5 g/mol, respectively.The molecular weight distributions(Mw/Mn) reached 2.95.When the ethylene pressure increased from 0.1MPa to 0.6MPa the catalytic activity became as high as twice times of standard atmosphere(0.1MPa);however,the viscosity average molecular weight of PE declined slightly.
