摘 要:目前的研究表明,粉煤灰基矿聚材料骨料混合物在很多方面突现出比水泥更好的性能。该材料拟在水布垭面板堆石坝中应用,迫切需要对其力学性能及长期耐久性进行深入研究,为工程应用提供依据。本文主要采用三种胶凝材料用量的配合比,即100%矿聚材料、60%矿聚材料+40%水泥、100%水泥,通过立方体抗压、轴心抗拉、绝热温升、抗渗性、快速冻融等试验对比研究粉煤灰基矿聚材料骨料混合物的力学性能和耐久性,试图找出用于工程的最佳配比。结果表明,粉煤灰基矿聚材料骨料混合物和水泥混凝土相比,立方体抗压强度较大,轴心抗拉强度相近,绝热温升较小,抗渗性能较好,抗冻性能较差。As cementitious material,the fly ash-based geopolymer is better than the cement in very various aspects based on the available documents.In order to apply the fly ash-based geopolymer to the spillway of the Shuibuya project,its property needs to be researched thoroughly.With three kinds of cementitious material contents,namely 100% geopolymer,60% geopolymer plusing 40% cement,and 100% cement,the mechanical property and durability of the fly ash-based geopolymer aggregate mixture were experimented through the compressive strength test,the tensile strength test,the adiabatic thermal rise test,the impermeability test and the fast freeze-thaw test.Compared with cement concrete,the fly ash-based geopolymer aggregate mixture shows higher compressive strength,lower value of adiabatic thermal rise and better impermeability.The tensile strengths of them are almost same.However,the frost resistance of concrete is more satisfied than that of the fly ash-based geopolymer aggregate mixture.
