摘 要:以纯Mg粉、Al(NO3)3.9H2O粉及Al2O3粉为原料,采用原位自组织生长的方法制备成以MgO纳米线和Mg-Mg17Al12共晶体增强的镁基复合材料。采取超声波搅拌法和一般球磨法混料,通过对试样的示差扫描分析,发现Mg与Al2O3在350℃左右发生反应。当试样在550℃烧结后冷却,两相共晶Mg-Mg17Al12自组织生长形成。采用透射电镜、扫描电镜和能谱分析对烧结后试样的微观形态做表征和分析,并测试其机械性能。结果显示:超声波搅拌混合法制得的生坯组织更为致密、维氏硬度更高。文中初步建立了增强相的原位自生长动力学模型。Pure Mg,Al(NO_3)_3·9H_2O and Al_2O_3 powders were used as the raw materials to prepare magnesium matrix materials reinforced by MgO nanowires and MgMg_(17)Al_(12) eutectic.The composites were fabricated by in-situ selfassemble growth method.The differential scanning calorimetry was performed on the two kinds of green samples made separately by ultrasonic stirring and generally milling.It was found that Mg and Al_2O_3 had taken place at about 350℃.The transmission and scanning electron microscopies,energy dispersive spectrometry were conducted to the sintered samples.The results show that the microstructure of the sintered sample made by ultrasonic stirring is compact and fine.Vickers hardness test shows that the Vickers hardness number of ultrasonic stirred sample is higher.Dynamic kinetics model of self-assembly growth of reinforcements is proposed in this paper.
