摘  要:采用碱处理、蒸汽爆破处理对剑麻纤维(SF)进行表面改性,再用马来酸酐(MAH)对其进行接枝改性。采用化学滴定方法测定了接枝的酯化程度,用DSC、TGA测试了改性剑麻纤维的热性能,用FTIR、WAXD、SEM表征其微观结构。结果表明,MAH已成功接枝到剑麻纤维表面,与未预处理剑麻纤维相比,蒸汽爆破处理后其酯化度提高了一倍多,结晶度提高了近30%,热性能也有一定的提高。In the work,the surface of sisal fibers(SF) was modified by treatment with alkali or steam explosion,and then treated sisal fibers were esterified through their hydroxyl groups with maleic anhydride(MAH).The reaction of esterification was confirmed by Fourier transform-infrared(FTIR) analysis,while the degree of esterification was assessed by titration.Thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),wide-angle X-ray diffraction(WAXD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) were used to characterize the thermal stability,crystallinity and surface morphology of the untreated and modified SF,respectively.Results show that MAH was successfully grafted onto the sisal fiber surface.The degree of esterification of SF with steam explosion treatment was 2 times as many as untreated SF.The thermal stability of esterified SF was slightly improved.It was also shown that the crystallinity of treated SF increased by 30% as a result of steam explosion treatment.
