摘　　要：目的:探讨切开复位双钢板固定治疗高能量胫骨平台骨折的临床效果及注意问题。方法:回顾性分析本科2000—2005年收治高能量胫骨平台骨折58例,均采用了改良切口的切开复位双钢板内固定治疗,其中闭合骨折采用了术前牵引,延期手术的方法。结果:58例均获得随访,平均随访期16个月(6个月至48个月)。骨折全部愈合,功能评价采用Hohl评分标准,优良率为86·2%。结论:如果术前、术中、术后处理得当,双钢板固定技术是一种治疗高能量胫骨平台骨折安全、可靠的方法。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect and attentioning problems of open reduction and dual plating fixation of high-energy tibial plateau fractures.Methods:Fifty-eight cases of high-energy tibial plateau fractures were treatad with open reduction and dual plating fixation.Among of them,closed fractures were treated by traction before prolonged operation.Results:Fifty-eight cases,were followed up for 6 to 48 months (averaged,16 months).All fractures healed.According to Hohl scale,86.2% excellent and good results were obtained.Conclusions:Dual plating technique is a safe and reliable method for high-energy tibial plateau fractures if performed correctly.
