摘　　要：目的:探讨MSCT冠状动脉造影成像在临床中的应用价值。方法:对83例患者行16层螺旋CT冠状动脉造影检查。应用与之相配套的后处理软件对冠状动脉进行重建处理,显示冠状动脉主干及分支,对冠状动脉病变予以定性及定量诊断。结果:83例患者中22例为正常,55例为各种性质斑块导致的管腔不同程度狭窄,1例为冠状动脉起源及发育异常。9例为搭桥及放置支架后复查。5例受呼吸伪影影响对冠脉不能评价。结论:MSCT对于诊断冠状动脉疾病是一种安全、可靠的检查方法。Objective:To study the clinical application of multi-slice spiral CT in Eight-three patients.Methods:Coronary artery of eight three patients were examined by 16-slice spiral CT,20 of them underwent selection coronary artery angiogsaphy.Results:The main branches and part of the sub-branches of the coronary artery in 80 patients were clearly displayed,22 of them had normal coronary artery,55 cases had coronary artery stenosis due to plaques,1 case was demonstrated to have abnormal original and grow.9 cases were re-examination after PTCA and CABG.Conclusions:As a noninvasive examination,multi-slice spiral CT is a valuable method in detection and diagnosis the diseases of coronary artery.
