摘  要:目的了解幼师、家长有关儿童心理行为问题的知识、态度及行为实践(KAP),为采取针对性干预提供依据。方法分层整群抽取佛山市8所幼儿院的88名幼师和432名家长,采用自行设计的KAP问卷对其进行调查。结果家长主要通过广播电视、报刊杂志、医务工作者来了解相关知识,幼师则主要来源于教育书籍、教育工作者;有关幼儿心理行为发育的认知情况不容乐观;在各种不良的态度与行为中,对于家长,态度不一致的发生率最高,其余依次为训斥或者责骂等;对于幼师,警告或威胁发生率最高。结论幼师、家长对童心理行为问题的KAP方面存在一些缺陷,有必要对其开展健康教育,以改善对儿童的教养。Objective To investigate the knowledge, attitude and practice(KAP) related to preschool children psychology and behavior problems among parents and teachers. Methods A survey was conducted among 88 teachers and 432 parents in Foshan city with a self-administered questionnaire including the knowledge, attitude and practice related to preschool children psychology and behavior problems. Results Parents and teachers were still short of children development knowledges. There were incorrect attitude and practice related to preschool children psychology and behavior problems among parents and teachers. Conclusion Some of being investigated parents and teachers were lack of correct KAP about preschool children psychology and behavior problems. There, it is necessary to a health education program among them.
