摘 要:目的研究护理专业学生在实习期间的一般自我效能感与职业倦怠的关系,为实际教育工作提供依据。方法采用一般自我效能感量表和职业倦怠感量表对219名学生进行了调查。结果1实习护理生的自我效能感比医学生的高,差异具有显著性(P<0.01)。2实习护理生在情感耗竭、消极怠慢和专业效能上的得分比编辑人员的低,差异显著(P<0.001)。3一般自我效能感、性别因素及其交互作用对职业倦怠3个维度的影响均未达到显著水平(P<0.05)。结论需进一步纵向探讨护士职业倦怠的特点及一般自我效能感等认知因素的调节作用。Objective To study the relationships between general self-efficacy and burnout among nursing students during exercitation period, and to provide some suggestions for educational practice. Methods 219 students were investigated using General Self-efficacy Scale and Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey. Results ①Scores of exercitation nursing students in general self-efficacy were significantly higher than those of medical college students. ②Scores of exercitation nursing students in job burnout were significantly lower than those of editor. ③The results showed that general self-efficacy, gender and interaction didn't influenced job burnout significantly. Conclusion The characteristics of job burnout of nurses, and the adjusting actions of cognitive factors need to further study.
