摘　　要：本文阐述了济钢中板厂新上精整线后,合理调整生产结构,发挥两条精整线的各自优势,满足生产能力的需求,提高整体作业率,创造高效和谐的生产节奏。The paper describes how to rationally adjust the production structure,make full use of the advantages of the two finishing lines,satisfy the production demand,improve the overall availability and achieve a harmonious prodcution pace with high efficiency after the new finishing line was put into operation at Mediuim Plate Plant of Jinan Iron and Steel Group Corporation.
