摘 要:2004-2005年分别在温室和田间对55个烟草品种的黑胫病抗性进行苗期和大田期鉴定,其中2005年的大田期接种采用创伤和不创伤两种方式。结果表明,在1%水平上,温室鉴定结果与两种接种方式的鉴定结果间均达显著正相关。创伤接种与不创伤接种两者存在一定的正相关,但差异非常明显,采用创伤接种时,病指普遍高于不创伤接种时的病指。当苗期接种量为0.5g/株,大田接种量为5g/株时,可用苗期鉴定结果代替大田鉴定结果。The resistance of 55 tobacco varieties to Black Shank was identified at the greenhouse and the field from 2004 to 2005.And wouded plants or not were inoculated separately in 2005.It indicated that the correlation is very much evident at the level of 1% between the greenhouse and wounded plants or not.There is correlation between wounded plants or not too.But the difference is obvious.The disease index of the wouded plants is higher than the no-wounded ones.The result of identification at the field can be replaced by the result of the greenhouse when the quantity of inoculation is 0.5g per seedling in the greenhouse and 5g per seedling at the field.
