摘  要:以长俊木瓜茎段为外植体研究了长俊木瓜茎增殖的最适茎长IBA、GA3对壮苗培养的影响。结果表明:茎长≤1.0 cm的芽不利于继代,适宜于继代增殖培养的芽茎长≥1.5 cm;培养基MS+IBA(0.1 mg.L-1)+GA3(0.5 mg.L-1)+0.1%活性碳+蔗糖30 g.L-1+琼脂6 g.L-1最有利于壮苗培养。Stems of Chaenomeles speciosa were adopted as the explants to unduce buds.The suitable length of the stem was investigated.The effects of IBA and GA3 on the bud propagation were studied.The results showed that the stems less than 1.0 cm were not suitable to the subculture.And the preferable length of the stem should be more than 1.5 cm.The suitable medium for shoot growth was MS medium supplemented with 0.1 mg·L-1 IBA,0.5 mg·L-1 GA3,0.1% activated carbon,sucrose 30 g·L1 and sugar 6 g·L-1.
