摘　　要：对沧化热电站锅炉房的故障及原因进行了分析,同时从提高认识、加强运行管理、改进设备及流程、完善值长的职能等方面提出了故障预防措施。In this paper we analyze the malfunctions of the boiler house of Cangzhou Chemical Industry Group and reasons for it,put forward the preventive measures from such aspects as:raising awareness,strengthening operation management,improving equipment and procedures,perfecting the function of production dispatcher.
