超敏C-反应蛋白、尿微量白蛋白在2型糖尿病肾损伤早期诊断中的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨C-反应蛋白以及尿微量白蛋白在Ⅱ型糖尿病早期肾损伤诊断中的应用价值。方法采用高效免疫比浊法测定超敏C-反应蛋白(Hs-CRP),同时用免疫比浊法检测尿微量白蛋白(MALB)和尿转铁蛋白(TF),选择2005年来我院就诊的尿蛋白定性阴性、有5年以上Ⅱ型糖尿病史的153例门诊病人作为观察对象,另选择45例健康查体者做正常对照。结果Ⅱ型糖尿病组Hs-CRP、MALB、β2-MG水平较正常对照组明显升高(t值分别为11.954,18.94,13.03;各项P<0.01),TF较MALB更敏感(χ2=3.554,P<0.05)。结论超敏C-反应蛋白、微量白蛋白对于诊断Ⅱ型糖尿病早期肾损伤有重要的参考价值。Objective To discuss the diagnostic significance of the serum C-reactive protein and the urine microalbumin in early damage of kidney in type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods The concentrations of C-reactive protein,microalbumin and transferrin were detected by the Immuno-turbidimetric test,153 patients of type 2 diabetes mellitus and 45 health man are observed as study subject.Results The levels of hs-CRP,MALB,TF were significantly higher in patients of type 2 diabetes mellitus than that in normal controls(P<0.01);the positive concentration of TF was higher than that of MALB in the same groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The detections of hs-CRP,MALB,TF in type 2 diabetes mellitus have significant value in diagnosis of early damage of diabetic kidney.
