前列腺素E_1与潘生丁联合治疗糖尿病肾病疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察前列腺E1(Lipo PGE1)与潘生丁联合治疗早期糖尿病肾病(DN)和肾功能正常的临床糖尿病肾病(DN)的疗效。方法将64例2型DN患者随机分为对照组(前列腺素E1)和治疗组(前列腺素E1+潘生丁)。比较两组治疗2周后24h尿蛋白、Cr和BUN等指标的变化。结果①治疗后治疗组和对照组24h尿蛋白均显著下降(P<0.05,),治疗组比对照组下降更为明显(P<0.05)。②治疗后两组Cr、BUN、FPG和2β-MG均无明显变化。结论Lipo-PGE1和潘生丁联合治疗能更有效减少早期DN和肾功能正常的临床DN患者的蛋白尿改善肾功能。Objective To study the effects of combined liposomal prostaglandin E1(Lipo PGE1) and dipyridamole on early diabetic nephropathy(DN) and clinical DN.Methods Sixty-four patients of 2 diabetic patients with DN were randomly divided into control group(Lipo E1)and treated group(Lipo E1+dipyridamole).Proteinuria,Cr and BUN figures were compared between two groups after two weeks treatment.Results Proteinuria decreased significantly in both groups(P<0.05),and more significantly in the treated group(P<0.05).No significant decrease of Cr,BUN,FPG andβ2-MG were found in both groups.Conclusion combined liposomal prostaglandin E1 and dipyridamole can ameliorate proteinuria and improve renal function of the patients with early DN and normal renal function clinical DN.
