摘 要:目的研究中老年人年龄递增对红细胞免疫功能的影响。方法采用受体黏附法,选择了红细胞免疫功能6项指标,对中老年健康人群按年龄分组进行了检测。以青年组为对照组。结果由青年到中、老年阶段,红细胞免疫功能6项指标中:红细胞C3b受体花环(RBCC3bR)、红细胞免疫促进因子(RFER)、协同肿瘤红细胞花环(ATER)随年龄递增而降低(r值分别为-0.9946,-0.9173,-0.9533);免疫复合物花环(RBCICR)、红细胞免疫抑制因子(RFIR)随年龄递增而增高(r值分别为:0.9983、0.9303);自然肿瘤红细胞花环无明显变化(r值:-0.3720)。结论中老年人红细胞免疫功能随年龄递增而逐渐降低,由青年到中、老年阶段红细胞免疫功能与年龄呈负相关。Objective To study the aging influence on red blood cell immunity function of middle and old people.Methods Six targets chosen from red blood cell immunologic function were determined in contrast with the young people in the middle and the old healthy people with different ages with a receptor adherent way.Results With their ages increasing by degrees,receptor garland,(RBCC3bR) red blood cell immune accelertor(RFER) and tumor erythrocyte garland(ATER) were reduced(r value separately was-0.9946,-0.9173,-0.9533) while immune complex garland(RBCICR) and red biood cell immunosuppressive factor(RFIR) were increased(r value separately was 0.9983,0.9303).Natural tumor erythrocyte garland had no evidently changes.(r value was-0.3720).Conclusion Red blood cell immunologic function is gradually reduced with their ages increasing by degrees.During the period from the young to the middle to the old there is negative correlation between red blood cell immunity function and ages.
